He has over 17 years of experience in project management, business development, and R&D leadership backed up by deep skill sets in basic and applied engineering. Brandon is focused on leveraging modern technology for various conservation efforts. 

Brenda Conover brings over 20 years of experience in state government, specializing in accounting, contracts, and grants management. She holds a degree in Leadership in the Public Sector with a focus on nonprofit management. In addition to her public service, Brenda has co-founded an engineering startup and volunteers for educational efforts in her local community. She is deeply passionate about preserving a sustainable future for both people and wildlife.

Richard Spangler is a leading business development consultant and
